RAMP is committed to raising, training and equipping a leadership generation that helps change the world for Christ, in accordance with the mission of Grace Church.

Under the banner of Grace Church, we believe in offering every student the unique opportunity to be a part of a full discipleship and ministry training program. We believe our program will empower you to have your life transformed as you dive deep in our training experience.

This transformation and training takes place in a number of ways:

You will be totally immersed in the life of NEXTGEN ministries at Grace Church and be involved in the actual work of the ministry every week.

You will learn skills for ministry from our RAMP team and have the opportunity to exercise them on site, here at Grace.

You will be an Important part of the ministry teams in our NEXTGEN programs, (eg. Grace Kids, Grace Students, Special Edition, etc.) as well as our large-scale church events (eg. Weekend services, Christmas at Grace, etc.)

To help you make the most of this exciting leadership journey, our RAMP team is committed to ensuring that you are developing in every area of your life! We are family.

Our goal is that your life would be transformed by our investment into you and your own personal investment in the discipleship process.

Our goal is to nurture the next generation of Grace worshippers and artists so they might pursue and exhibit the same six Biblical values our current generation of Grace Worship Leaders pursue to display.

“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God” – Matthew 5:8

We encourage our students to choose purity so they might experience God’s presence in a greater way.

“What you have said in the dark will be heard in the daylight, and what you have whispered in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed from the roofs.” – Luke 12:13

We nurture integrity in our students so they become more than a good artist – that they become good leaders.

“But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called ‘today,’ so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness.” – Hebrew 3:13

Leaders at Grace serve in multiple areas, not only on-stage. Real leadership happens off-stage.

“And whatever you do or say, do it as a representative of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him to God the Father.” –Colossians 3:17

We encourage our students to be thoughtful in every area of their lives, from how they speak to how they use their time and resources.

“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves.” – Philippians 2:3-4

We teach our students to become leaders like Jesus, exercising love and humility

“I pray that your love will overflow more and more, and that you will keep on growing in knowledge and understanding.” – Philippians 1:9

We encourage our students to be open and eager to help, full of life, and possessing a teachable spirit!
